All walking safaris or hiking trails in the Greater Kruger Park area are guided by at least one experienced safari ranger with an extensive knowledge of the area, wildlife, birds and of course the indigenous vegetation. Stop somewhere for sundowners and enjoy your surroundings and cold drink.
Be surprised by the Elephant appearing silently out of nowhere. All in all, be part of this overwhelming bush experience while it is still all possible. Greater Kruger Park Safari offers you some amazing accommodation and lodging. You will stay in a lovely tented camp on a riverbed, in two-bedded safari-tents, with commune toilet and shower facilities.
A dedicated camp staff will cook and clean for you while you walk single file into close encounters with the African wild on your Greater Kruger Park Safari. To secure you good sightings, one or two safari game drives will also be included in your day trip.
A tip from the experienced safari rangers with regard to clothing: The high tech light weight clothing might be very comfortable to wear, but there is however a fair chance it might get torn on a bush walk.
It is the experience of the safari rangers that tells them the bush 'fights' back in all possible ways. It is therefore recommended that you bring cotton shirts of a slightly more durable quality on your Greater Kruger Park Safari.
Please Note: These Game Walking Trails DO NOT TAKE PLACE OR VENTURE INTO The Kruger National Park itself.
