Located in the South African province of sunny Mpumalanga,Likweti is a bush paradise. The reserve is 40 minutes from Nelspruit, the capital of Mpumalanga and 5 minutes from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. The reserve is perfectly located as a base from which to explore the Kruger National Park only 30km away.
Situated at the edge of the Lowveld, the reserve is set in a subtropical climate zone. The warm breeze of the Indian Ocean generates a generally temperate climate in the area of the reserve.
Not far from the Reserve is the Panorama Route and the Shangaan Cultural Village. The Panorama Route includes some of the most beautiful attractions in South Africa.
